This jumprope came with the rope, 2 weighted balls, and the 2 handles in addition to the instructions and charging cord. For me, the best feature is the weighted ball as you don't have to worry about your legs or feet getting caught up in the rope. The weighted balls also have a good weight to it, so in addition to the cardio workout, you are also getting some muscular endurance for your shoulder. I also especially appreciate the end cap for the rope or the weighted balls. This helps prevent the rope or weighted balls from moving or coming loose, and they can easily go from one or the other. The jumprope rotation is very smooth with no issues. The few aspects I didn't like about them included the following:1. The display - during your workout the display will go to sleep and the screen will turn off. I didn't like this as sometimes I like to see where I'm at so that I can push myself if necessary. The way the jumprope notifies you that you've completed a time or jumps, is it vibrates. I really wish there was a way to keep the screen on.2. Menu options - although it has 3 different workouts (open, tracking, and timed), the limit that is set cannot be changed. In other words, besides the open workout which just counts, you cannot go higher than the 200 tracked jumps, and you cannot get more time other than the allotted 1 minute (unless you restart the timer). It's a pain to restart the timer or the tracked jumps when you want to be continuous. I wish there was a way to change those values.Other than that, it's great to use anywhere, even insides because of the weighted balls, and you don't need much space. The balls are made of a type of rubber material, so if you happen to hit something it won't damage anything. Overall a great tool, but I just wish the menu/workout choices were better.

This jump rope is both fun and tiring, but I have to admit, I didn’t love the cordless version. While it might be great for some, it just didn’t give me the same feel as a traditional jump rope. Thankfully, it comes with an actual cord, which made the experience so much better and more challenging in every way.One feature I do appreciate is the built-in counter. It’s nice to be able to focus on breathing and jumping without constantly keeping track of reps. That alone makes it a useful tool for workouts, whether you're using the corded or cordless option.Overall, I think it's a solid product, but I’ll be sticking with the classic rope. If you’re someone who prefers a tangle-free experience or has limited space, the cordless option might be a good fit, but for me, the real workout comes from using the actual rope.

My home gym has a low ceiling so I cannot use a long jump rope in that space. This cordless jump rope is easy to use, rechargeable and so far seems to be accurate. It has 3 modes (count mode, timer mode and free mode), so I can focus on technique and not worry about counting jumps or keeping time. I like that the length of the cord is easy to adjust and stays securely in place. The cordless rope takes a little getting used to, but is nice because it has some weight to it. I do not care for the long rope as I prefer a heavier or thicker rope when jumping.

A bit confused on the function of this jump rope slightly longer then desired. I made it work but be careful when jumping as the rope may hurt you based off its material!

I like going to the gym. I like working out. I like lifting weights.I hate cardio.I've resigned myself to warming up using a bike for about 10 minutes, and when I want to get my breathing going, I lift more, faster, and with shorter rest periods. However, I'm trying to lose weight too, so I need to implement a bit more cardio. My doctor also said I needed more cardio... something about high blood pressure...Anyways, these things are great! Yeah, I do more on the bike, but now I'm actually jumping rope! First, I'm terrible at jumping rope, and this thing makes that a breeze. It's less about perfect timing and more about moving, which this thing gets you doing. I like that! The price is great for what you get: a very fine little device that works great. The weights spin quickly and on point, and if you want, you can string both ends together for an actual jump rope. I won't be doing that, but hey, you can if you want!
