Solid so far. From day one, it works fabulously. Highly recommend!

Ya había comprado una anteriormente que resultó con defecto de fábrica y la regresé, volví a pedirla y ahora llego con detalles estéticos en exterior e interior y llena de un polvo como si fuera de segunda mano. Adjunto las fotos de evidencia

I searched for the perfect rice cooker for my restaurant for a while. I purchased others that did not work properly. This one is easy to use and always cooks the rice to perfection. the warming function holds the rice at temp without drying it out. After using it for 2 months, I purchased a second one for my other location.

Easy to use. Big enough for a crowd. No stick liner for easy clean up. Very good price for the quality compared to other brands.

I own two of the Zojirushi Commercial rice cookers but needed more production capability (cooked rice). I was relooking my options (the Zo is more than $400 for the 20 cup commercial). I found this Cuckoo model and did a bit of research. The Cuckoo brand is Korean and is considered to be a top of the line cooker.Pluses: Half the cost of the Zo Commercial cooker. 50% more production capacity than the Zo (30 cup vs 20 cup) per cycle.I bought one of these and used it for about 10 days (we do a 50 pound bag of rice every morning). Both Zo's plus the new Cuckoo helped. After a week, I ordered a second of these Cuckoos. (both of these together cost less than a third zo).I really now prefer the Cuckoos to the Zo's. For us, the capacity of the Cuckoo is perfect (max volume before the lift from the pot becomes too heavy). The fact that there is a third indicator light (shows cooking, steaming, and warming) rather that the two for the Zo (cook and warm) so you don't have to time your warming light to estimate steaming time. When the Cuckoo leaves steam and goes to warm, the rice is ready.I can't speak to longevity yet because the short time I have owned them. I can say they make perfect jasmine, basmati, and sushi style rice, and do it well.v/r rh
