When I received this item and opened the box, I have to admit I was a bit disappointed. The product didn’t match the description and images I saw on the website. In the product photos, it clearly showed that the bottom of the holder was designed to unscrew, allowing you to easily dump out the used cigarettes and ashes. However, the item I received didn’t have that feature. Instead, it unscrews at the top, which was a significant difference from what I expected.Another issue I encountered was with the design’s usability. It’s somewhat tricky to place a cigarette into the holder without risking damage to it. The opening feels a bit narrow, and I have to be cautious not to break the cigarette while trying to get it in. While the overall build quality of the holder is solid, and it does effectively contain the ashes without any spillage, these usability concerns made the product less convenient than I had hoped.Though the holder performs its primary function well and is built with good materials, I can’t shake the feeling that I didn’t receive exactly what was advertised. I really wish the product had matched the pictures, as I was expecting a much more user-friendly design with the unscrewing feature at the bottom.

I can’t say I like much. It doesn’t tell u how to clean it- it doesn’t come with any instructions for that matter and I wanna say the cigarette burns extra fast so it’s a waste of money if u ask me. And with the cost of cigarettes … I can’t afford it!

Cigarette doesn't slide in place as shown. Destroyed 3 and had to cut lip off of rubber insert before getting one lit & inside. Then heat is WAY to much resulting in uneven and awful flavor. Not to mention if you can stand the taste long enough you will probably burn into filter because there's NO way to see how low its burning !! TOTALLY USELESS PRODUCT !!

Good idea, but wrong material. The wood burns really easy and the product gets hot.
