These clamps are easy to set up and use for all sorts of projects. I love the flexibility to use this inside or outside of the corner and the size capacity to clamp onto a variety of wood thicknesses. Overall, it's an excellent and easy-to-use clamping system.

I received these for free as part of the Vine program but that doesn't affect the review that I am giving here. I already had one set of clamp / squares like these and when I saw these as a Vine offering I jumped on the chance to pick up another set. With two sets I can more easily set up all 4 corners of a cabinet or the front and back of both ends of a shelf. These look to be exactly the same as the other set I own, right down to the packaging. Only the company name has changed. I suspect that you will be able to find multiple vendors of the exact same product, so you can basically look for the best price and be pretty sure you're getting a very decent set of aluminum clamps / square, whatever you want to call these things. You do need to put these things together, I'll keep them in the box, until I know what I'm assembling, but most likely I'll end up using the last set of holes since that lets you easily swivel from an inside to outside corner clamp. The product pictures show you how to use these things so there's really not much more I can tell you in that regard. I will point out that you can also use them attached to a fence on a table saw or miter saw as stops and you can also use them on a drill press to help position items to keep them square for drilling. It you need a set of these things you can be comfortable purchasing this particular set. I have no hesitation giving them 5 stars, and I have no reason to expect that rating might change in the future.

90 Degree Positioning Squares...etc.I have ordered several different brands of this style corner clamp, and all of them seem to be of comparable (good) quality. They have precisely machined solid aluminum bodies and clamps, with steel tensioners and plastic over brass thumb screws.I use them for woodworking and metal fabrication alike. I would recommend these clamps to professionals, hobbies, and DIYers alike. When I have a few minutes of spare time I intend to drill two shallow holes on each surface and press in high power magnets to facilitate even better functionality when working with ferrous metals, as well as offering a better solution for storage. However, they are perfectly functional as they are.As the quality seems to be identical across the several brands I have ordered, I will leave this same review for the other orders - I just wanted to make that clear so it wouldn't look like Amazon is sharing reviews with products that haven't earned them.

The product description includes the line, "This 5.5 inch woodpecker clamps set...”. This is not a Woodpecker’s product so this description is deceptive. This is about the only negative thing I have to say about them. Since they mention WP, I’ll judge them against WP.Price: WP’s are $270 for four vs Aigreat $36 for two. Aigreat is the clear winner.Size (LengthxWidthxThickness in inches):· WP: 6.75 x 1.25 x .75· Aigreat: 5.5 x .912 x .625AIGREAT’s are definitely lighter-duty than WP’s. They’ll be adequate for small to medium projects. The clamp’s back heads are quite large (1.925 x 1.16”)Fit & finish: Comparing these to my WP's squares, the clamps are indistinguishable. The anodizing looks and feels identical and the laser engraving just as clear. The knobs have a high quality feel to them.Features:· Clamping holes - WP's have six 3/8" holes while AIGREAT's are have seven 5/16" holes. This can actually make a difference. The additional J-bolt's girth coupled with the larger size of the WP's clamps will definitely make these lighter duty in comparison.· Corner radius - WP's puts a radius on the outside corner to ensure there is no interference when using the clamps on the inside of of a joint. AIGREAT's lack this feature. This is an important feature because if your parts are cut slightly out of square lacking this relief will cause frustration at glue-up and assembly.Squareness:· WP (claimed): ±.0255 degrees· AIGREAT (measured): .01 degreesAIRGREAT’s clamps are square. I tested them with my Woodpeckers 1281 precision square. I was able to barely fit a .001 shim behind each one for a calculated error of only .01 degrees, well within WP’s claimed tolerance. See the picture of the test.Final conclusion: 4/5 stars. The smaller size and lack of a corner radius knocks these down slightly, plus the deceptive claim that these are a Woodpeckers product. All that aside, at $36/pair these are a great option and difficult to beat.
