I ordered a brand new record player and they sent me a refurbished one . Still works great no issues and customer service did a good job with trying to make up for it . 5 stars for the service provided

I ordered this record player as a gift and came to realize the table doesn’t spin. We went through all the trouble shooting tutorials and followed the manufacturers instructions. Still doesn’t work. So we emailed the company asking for advice and never got any reply to that. After waiting a couple weeks for a reply I messaged them directly on Amazon where they denied my request. I would not recommend for anyone to buy this product.

The Crosley Vintage Portable Vinyl Record Player Turntable is undeniably a beauty. The colors are as lovely as shown in the pictures, and the boho pattern adds a unique touch that I absolutely love. I bought the boho cream/striped kind of design, and it's perfect! There are a few things that I would want to keep in mind though:First, this turntable is a bit larger than I expected, notably larger than the standard Victrola models, so it's crucial to double-check the measurements to ensure it fits your space comfortably. This isn't a problem for me, but having only ever bought Victrola players, I was surprised by how much bigger this one was. It's not huge, just bigger.Onto the sound quality - here's where I encountered some issues. There seems to be a consistent echo on every vinyl I've played so far. I'm not sure if it's user error on my part, but it's something to be aware of. It's possible that there might be an adjustment needed, or maybe it's specific to this model, I'm not sure. It's kind of annoying, and I've found the only way to drown it out is by turning the volume way up which isn't always practical. I'm not sure if using external speakers would help either, just watch out for the issue if you buy it.Even so, this is a stylish and eye-catching turntable with a lot of great patterns and designs to choose from. However, the larger size and potential sound issues should be taken into account before purchasing.
