I owned few Crescent wrenches over time, black oxide with red handles were my preferred choice. It is sad to see great wrench being manufactured in China now. The quality seems a bit off from the one I own made in USA. Red coating feels like a cheap dip version what it used to be heat infused red grip type coating. I feel this will slip out of my hand when dets oily. Disappointed a bit. Will keep the wrench as I got it on sale but would not buy this again.

We bought this when it was 50% off and man was it worth it! The tool size is perfect, adjusting it is way easy, it works well, the weight is as expected and the thickness of it, I know it will last a while!

OK, full disclosure: I don't use adjustable wrenches much anymore. The Knipex Pliers Wrench (Multi-Purpose Pliers) is so vastly superior, I really find little use for these anymore.However, for what they are, they seem to be well put together, with nothing really to complain about. A lot cheaper than the Knipex, that's for sure.Five stars for good quality and value for the money.
