エスプレッソのポルタフィルター用のディストリビューター及びタンパーです。カタカナが多くてわかりにくいですが、要は、エスプレッソを抽出する機械にコーヒーの粉をセットする際に、粉を均して固めるために使う器具です。両側使いになっていて、3枚羽みたいになっている方がディストリビューター（均し）で完全に平らになっている方がタンパー（固め）です。均し→固めの順に使用します。突き出してる分しか押すことができないので、それによってどれだけ押しても圧力が一定になる仕組みです。突き出し量は両側ともに変えることができます。FLAIR PRO2で問題なく使用できました。他のマシンでも45.5mmのフィルターのものがあれば使用できると思います。

Most home barista’s know that grind size and being consistent are a huge part of making good espresso. Tamping plays a huge part of the equation. This tamper/leveler is worth its weight in gold. I did a lot of searching on different web sights selling these items. The cost was shockingly high and unreasonable to say the least. This purchase was not only reasonable but also a step above the rest. It is solid and heavy. You want a tamper/leveler that is solid and weighty so that you do less work. This product does both leveling and tamping. Did I mention it’s adjustable as well for depth. Both sides! Again alot depends on how much espresso you dose up in your basket and consistency as to how you adjust for performance. The size is absolutely perfect! Also it’s quite nice looking, and made of solid stainless steel. Nothing cheap whatsoever! Important to note that the 58.5 size is what you want for flush 58mm baskets. Do your research and check out prices. This tamper is easy on the wallet and quite a nice addition to my coffee bar.
