I hated them. The colors were awful with no repetition to the pattern. The garland was much larger than one inch. I sent it back.

I have kind of mixed feelings about these pompoms. At first, I was completely smitten. When I went to write the review, I went to the product page again (as I always do) and saw that what is pictured isn't exactly what I received. Yes, these are wool pompoms, yes they are fabulous colors, but they are not fairly uniform in size and shape (as pictured on their page) and the colors aren't all pure. In fact, the sized ans shapes are a little wonky and many of the pompoms have smudges of other colors or spots (imbedded in the wool) of black or dark gray. I like the pompoms and I'm pretty happy with them because I don't think when they're hanging as a happy pop of color anyone will ever be scrutinizing them like I have. However, I always, ALWAYS take issue when a product is misrepresented. While wool is not perfect and handmade items are not perfect (I don't know that these are handmade), they are certainly represented this way on the product page. So, buyer beware, my pictures are a much more accurate representation of what you'll actually receive. It should also be noted that it is possible to buy handmade versions (even in organic wool) of these pompoms that are of much more uniform size and shape and with purer colors for the same or less money. 3.5 stars.

My daughter was beyond thrilled when I pulled this ball string out of the amazon bag. She knew immediately what it was (must have seen enough of them on youtube) and exactly where she wanted it hung. The strand feels well made and is the colors are beyond beautiful. She talks about this garland so often, I plan on buying her a second one for her birthday in May. At 11yo, bedroom décor is a huge hit and this ended up being perfect. I'd have to say one of her most favorite things this year.

These are big and bright. I have them on top of a mantle, not hanging, and they look great. This is a great choice if you're looking for a bigger, fuller option than most garlands.
