Some of the product in the bottle leaked out into the plastic bag. I am sure the product is good, it just escaped out of the bottle.

This product brought back the original shine to our 20 year old Black Grand Piano. We have never used anything other than a damp cloth (as per the original instructions). Over the years, the finish had become a little dull. With one use it looks like brand new, and the shine has lasted several weeks already!

I received this today and immediately used it on my grand piano. It works beautifully! The smudges are gone and the gorgeous sheen is back. Product works as promised.

This finish can never be static free.... just its nature. This product helps make it easier to look good in spite of it electrostatic nature.

Works great on my high gloss black baby grand. I spray it on, then wipe with a dry chamois cloth. This type of piano finish smudges or scratches if you look at it wrong, but this system gets rid of the finger smudges without scratching. This would probably work on any high gloss wood finish- guitars, furniture,...
