The strap pattern is pretty good looking, but I wish it were consistent to the end. There's roughly 8" with no pattern.The leather ends went on really tight, which I like but I know not everyone does.The buckle adjusts super smoothly, which feels nice, but I'm a set-once person and this'll probably need to regularly be reset which is a negative in my book.

I really wanted to like this ukulele strap but it didn't work well without some major adjustments.As another reviewer mentioned, there are places on the strap that the design is missing, about 8"-12" of the strap. If it were all plain, that would be fine but it looks weird with most of it having a design with some large gaps with no design.But the bigger issue is with the hardware - these are metal! I really don't want metal buckles and clips banging against my wooden ukulele.So I decided to basically disassemble the whole thing by taking out the seams and removing the metal hardware; one of them I decided not to remove but to wrap with cotton twine so if it banged against my ukulele, it wouldn't harm the wood. Then I hand-sewed the strap back together, shortening it in the process to make it fit better.I bought two of these and think the design (where it actually exists!) is colorful and cute. After modifying both of the straps, they work well for me. But if you don't want to re-make the strap yourself, I would not recommend this one.
