This was a terrible design. The fabric is soft and stretchy, which is nice sure, but it does not make for easy access to the pocket. If it were a more rigid material with a flap (like one of the old school phone waist belt holders) it would be easier to get the phone in and out of the pocket.Returned.

Missing the rubber grip surround. The whole reason I purchased this, my old one gave out after 2 years of daily use. It was the lid, the snap no longer closed. The picture is the exact one I’ve had. I received one that does not have the rubber grip surround. I do not care for it as much. That little part makes it so much better to hold. When researching, I saw the model without grip, and I knew I didn’t want it. I specifically got this “pink” color, as it was the only one I could find that did have the grip. So I’m disappointed. I am putting the lid on my old model, and I will save the thermos part of the new one for a back up.

I bought this mug so that I would have hot coffee for longer and MOST importantly that it would never leak because I use it near my computer and don't want to be afraid of getting it wet. I've had it for 4 months and it has started leaking when I drink from it. It is SO annoying and it endangers my computer or anything else it's near. I believe it's the gasket within the lid. They should make sure these DO NOT LEAK. Don't buy it until they make a change to it - too expensive to last this brief a time!

I originally bought this as a way to carry my phone without a pocket for my dress. Sadly, this didn’t work for me at all whatsoever & do not recommend if you are a bigger person. I played soccer growing up & my calves are pretty strong and I couldn’t get it to fit. I’m 5’6 and 185 pounds.

I was a little disappointed that it is different from my other, but I love Contigo so much I drink from nothing else. This style is what I use for water so I guess it doesn’t really matter. Pictured you will also see the style I use for hot drinks. I think I have four for hot, and two for cold now and think it’s nice that Incan use them all hot or cold.

I really like this cup keeps my coffee warm. And fits great in car cup holder.
