This steamer has been a game changer. If you've never used a steamer, then I suggest you give this a try or one of the other models with iron/steam head on it. They both work great. I was surprised how much steam these produce. It gets out wrinkles with ease, sanitizes, helps remove odor and can also help lift stains. Wish I would've gotten one of these years ago. Fellas... you can even use this to get some nice steam to open up your pores for a closer and cleaner shave experience... trust me. Ladies same goes facial treatments. CAUTION - just make it's not too close to your face. You will get your money's worth out of this unit.

Overall I like this steamer better than an iron, my only complaint is that it a bit big and can get heavy after a while. I used it on max setting and was able to get through 5 short sleeve polyester tops on one tank of water, and I really like that I got my desired results without dragging out an ironing board. I only used it on wrinkles from washing/packing, so I can't comment on other uses (adding/removing creases, etc). Yes, it left the clothes a little damp, but they dried quickly.

I had a stand up unit that I used to smooth out the wrinkles on my photo muslin backdrops. It was bulky and not that easy to use. This hand held one seems to have the same power, nearly the same output size and it is very convenient and easy to use, all at a lower price. I'm happy with this purchase.

My only issue is the size of this beast; it's very large. If you plan on using it a lot, then the size should be a plus because it holds a goodly amount of water. It's easy to hold, it didn't weight too much for me, and it heats up quickly.
