Recetas de miel para alimentar colibríes
Mezclar con 1 parte de azúcar y 4 partes de agua.
Solo tienes que utilizar azúcar blanco, no añadir azúcar morena o sustituto del azúcar, especialmente no añadir gelatina.
Al mezclar azúcar, hervir el agua con azúcar hasta que se disuelva completamente.
Después de que la solución de azúcar esté completamente enfriada, vierte la solución de azúcar en el alimentador para evitar la cristalización.

Though I love this feeder there are no instructions on how to dismantle it for cleaning. The description says it's easy to clean but I cannot take it apart. I am concerned about insects getting in it through the rather large feeding holes.UpDate; I was reluctantly going to return it but discovered I could open it up easily by pushing the top of a wine bottle into the centre to pop the 2 plastic parts apart.

I am happy to have found and purchased this hummingbird feeder! It is made beautifully and holds just the right amount of food for my feathered friends! The food reservoir is made of plastic so if it gets wet it doesn’t rust. It is easy to take apart and clean. It does a great job of keeping ants and bees away. The colors are beautiful and attract many hummingbirds l.

Not only did one receive two great looking & sturdy humming bird feeders but it came with directions, how to prepare your own humming bird food, two separate hangers for each one and a small brush to clean the holes when pollen gets in there. Our little humming birds seem to rally like sitting there drinking and looking at the ball. Recommend.

These are by far the best feeders I've ever had. Easy to clean and nice to look at. They have a gasket on the inside of the 2 plastic feeder pieces which I've never seen another have. Good quality. No leaking!

I gifted myself these feeders for Christmas and just put them in the garden two weeks ago. The feeder is sturdy and attractive with a jar that is thick and substantial. It holds an adequate amount of food so that none is wasted by overfilling. The colors are bright, and the birds can choose to either sit on the perches or hover. The ant moat serves double duty both as the moat and also as the hanger; it is separate from the feeder. In the past I have had big and small ants, a variety of bees, and even a wasp invade my feeders, but when I took these down to clean them today, there was a SLUG alive and crawling inside the saucer portion of the feeder. I was unable to dismantle the dispensing container no matter how I tried. Finally I used a chenille stem folded over 3 times to squeeze the pesky SLUG out of one of the little holes from where the little yellow flower was removed. No, there was no damage to the feeder, but the whole ordeal was disgusting! How did that SLUG get in there? Son de vidrio (eso es bueno para evitar que se acumulen bacterias), la parte desmontable de plastico tambien es practica para lavarlo diariamente. Es el mas recomendable de todos porque tiene el espacio para que los colibris se paren a tomar y descansar, excelente. A mas de 6 meses de uso, el unico problema es que los empaques de plastico de la parte de abajo se ensucia facilmente y es dificil de limpiar. Pero por mucho siguen siendo la mejor opcion.
