the padding is hard as a rock, it's about 1 inch thick and barely covers the knuckles cant even make a good fist because the finger loops dont follow the curve of your hand its too high up on the pinky literally a piece of junk

La verdad para ser de sparring su colchón es muy compacto, realmente no creo sean de 7oz deben ser de unos 5oz el velcro si es muy bueno tiene buen agarre, la estatetica 10/10 aunque son color clásico si están padres y espero si duren, a simple vista si los recomiendo pero desearía preferiría que hicieran el colchón más grande.

If you need something in between boxing gloves and MMA gloves, these are it. I picked up a pair for about $35 on sale and there is nothing out there that can beat these in quality and value. Full leather, breathable and functional if you full contact sparing.

These a fine gloves and I enjoy using them for sparring. I'm not so sure about theb16oz claim but they have great padding in a condensed area. They are comfortable and they work well.BUT, you really really need to order up at least one size. I'm pretty consistently regular / medium in gloves. I purchased the regular and couldn't put them on - they were too small. The large just fit me; I could have gone with the x-large but I'm hoping they'll break in and get a little more comfortable.For reference - I'm a 5'10" guy. I'm guessing the regular would be good for kids or an average women?
