I gave this as a gift to my boyfriend’s brother in law who is a surfer. He said it’s comfortable. Great buy! This was on sale when I bought it. Found it initially at REI for full price. It was way cheaper here in Amazon!

por 250 pesos un short Columbia! esta marca exuda calidad, esta a la par de North Edge / Merrell, los materiales y manufactura se ven muy bien, es cómodo y muy ligero.

I LOVE these shorts! They're my new go-to hiking shorts and every day shorts as well. They are super comfortable with plenty of stretch and are a pleasure to wear all day. I'm 6'2 and 200lbs with an athletic build and a 34 waist, and the 34s in these fit me perfectly. They fit perfectly in the waist, perfectly in the seat, and perfectly in the thighs. I couldn't ask for a better cut on shorts.Columbia stuff is always solid and these shorts are top notch as you'd expect. Plenty of stretch makes them great for hiking, but because of the cut and the material being a little thicker than super thin hiking shorts, these look right at home in the city while running errands without looking like you're wearing hiking shorts. The pockets are great and I especially love the zip pocket on the side of the pants. It's a bit of a hidden zipper so it doesn't make these look like cargo shorts at all, and, it's a small pocket but great for keeping small things in that you don't want to fall out. The pockets are also made of a mesh lining in these so they breathe really well along with the rest of the shorts.The font enclosure is a snap rather than a button enclosure which I love. I prefer a snap enclosure and I also think that kind of enclosure is much more durable than a button enclosure where the button inevitably has to be sewn back on after awhile because of the stress put on that enclosure while hiking. The omni-shield protection is also great on these. I spilled a bunch of water on myself while doing dishes the other day and the water just beaded up on the shorts and came right off. The UPF 50 protection is also fantastic.The fit is great on these as a I mentioned before. They say it's a classic fit, but to me it's a little more like a slim fit which I like. You can wear hiking gear and still look put together and fashionable. But because of the stretch, these aren't restricting at all. They have a 10 inch inseam so they hit me just above my knee which is also perfect.I can't say enough good things about these shorts. Absolutely love them and highly recommend.
