Super super flimsy, the soft part bends down if dog runs her head against the couch so this does not work for dogs that need to be kept from scratching their ears

The concept is there, but the collar is very flimsy and droopy. I think the fabric makes it too heavy and it kind of like folds in on dog's head, so it isn't very comfortable for him. Almost like it's too long, too. Isn't easy to use and really can't recommend.

Jack is a 55 lb. Bulldog mix. He had 3 masses removed from his face. I had a soft cone, but it was super long for his short nose and was very cumbersome for his maneuverability. I bought this because it can be longer or shorter by removing the detachable plastic extension. Once I received it, I realized the soft sided portion was all he needed. It was long enough to protect his face from rubbing or scratching, but short enough to allow him to more easily move around the house and drink water. I really like the snaps for closure and that there are multiple levels to get the right fit. It’s light enough that it didn’t weigh him down or cause a strain on his neck. The soft portion the cone is flexible and appears much more comfortable than a plastic cone. Jack was a trooper and wore it with ease. This is an item that gave me a lot more flexibility in deciding what level of protection Jack needed post surgery. Great purchase, highly recommend.

I got this cone for my German Shepherd who had acl surgery 3 weeks ago. Its very nice quality the collar fit in it, it’s adjustable in multiple ways, BUT my dog could still get to his stitches because of the flexibility so unfortunately I had to put the uncomfortable plastic vet one back on him. Certainly not all dogs might be able to get to stitches/wound. But something to take into consideration. Cute print too! It was easy to slide on and definitely worth the price!

This boy is so hard to find good cones due to his super long snout. He always manages to find a way around. This collar is super easy to attach to regular collar to prevent the slip offs. The snaps are plentiful and secure. The vet really liked this cone and asked where we got it. My only quip is the overhang on the inside (we used double sticky tape) I would strongly encourage measuring and following their guide.It’s soft but firm and so far so good.
