It actually stainless steel!!!I’ve bought other brands that claimed to be, but the gold came off and they were copper underneath.I have worn and sweated in these everyday without issue, as well as washed them. I’m am sooooo happy to have finally found gold stainless steel ball chain!

I didn't not receive a full spool of chain AND it was wired together in a couple of places. Since I assumed that it was a full spool, I didn't realize that I would end up with a few inches of unusable chain on a couple of occasions.However, The product actually has a nice color and appears to be pretty durable.Would I buy again? Probably not - because I'm unsure if I would get the full amount of an intact chain.

18k gold stainless steel ball chain and connectors were of good quality but was not adequate in size for my application.I returned the spool because this product was not available in a larger number size. I replaced it with a larger number size brass chain that was available.
