This is has been in my house for some time now and every time I have guests over They never can tell that this is a coin bank! I love it as a little show piece and we can just add coins in every so often. Great purchase!

I bought this as a prop for a steampunk-themed party, but was a bit concerned about what would show up in the box, given there were no reviews on this item yet and no pictures other than from the one angle. For the price, it really looked too good to be true. When I finally got this in my hands, it exceeded all my expectations. The main camera body is 4.5 inches high and about 5.25 inches wide. From the the back of the body to the end of the lens, it is 6 inches. It may not sound big just reading the dimensions, but when you have it in front of you, it is substantial. It is larger than a standard digital SLR camera, for example. It is totally sturdy and has a good weight to it (for being a hollow bank). From my pictures, you can see the coin slot in the upper back and there is a plastic cap on the bottom through which to remove coins. I have no intention of using it as a bank; however, it looks amazing as a display piece. It neither looks nor feels cheap. It has a wonderful aged look to it, plenty of detail, and until someone picks it up, it looks like a "real" antique camera. If this catches your eye for any reason, I can't recommend it more highly. To its maker: Bravo! A superb item at an amazing price.
