Works great, make perfect waffles, crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The whole family loves it. Be careful not to pour too much batter in the waffle Maker more than recommended as during the cooking process it will build up enough steam pressure that the lock may not be able to handle it and can break as the lock is made of plastic.

The waffle maker comes with a user manual and mini recipe book. I followed the instructions for the waffle batter and made 4 waffles pretty quickly!The great thing about this waffle maker os that it makes 2 waffles at a time, so there's only ½ the wait time! The non-stick surfaces work great, and the cleaning is super easy.The only drawback is that it comes with a short power cord. A cord twice as long would be beneficial.Making waffles takes some trial and error, but it's fun to do and ups the breakfast options. The menu book also shows you how to make pizza waffles. Going to try that next!

By week 5 of keto I was finally adapted & over the tuff parts but always in jeopardy of falling back into carb heaven. I wanted something close to bread, or baked foods. You can have tons of cheese but you can't put it on a cracker! Then I discovered a kindle book for making chaffles. So, I picked this waffle iron because, 1 it doesn't eat up alot of counter space and is pretty easy to slide into the cabinet, and 2, it let's you "flip" sides without mess.My husband's not on a keto diet but I gave him a crab cake chaffle that tasted fantastic to both of us. If your eyes couldnt see it was a waffle, you wouldnt know it wasnt a finer seafood restaurant crab cake!I never would have made it to 10 weeks without this waffle iron because I was just sick of meat & vegetables & craved the comfort of carbs. This let's me trick myself into feeling more satisfied.We will take it with us to my son's lakehouse this summer to make breakfast waffles with the grand kids.Oh, I forgot to mention, nothing sticks to it. Whatever I made so far lifts out. Once it cools I wipe it down & set it away.

My kids like having their friends over for sleepovers all the time, and the hardest thing is knowing what to make them the next morning for breakfast. This past weekend, the a bunch of kids were over, so I mixed up a batch of waffle mix and used this waffle maker. I love that you can make eight waffles at once and then flip them over to ensure they get cooked evenly on both sides. The machine heats up quickly but it does take about 8 minutes to fully cook the eight waflles. There was a bit of trial and error to it, but by the end of it, I got the hang of it, and the kids loved the Belgian Waffles! This is such an easy way to make what looks like a fancy breakfast, and just add some strawberries, blueberries, whipped cream, and chocolate chips!

Easy to use, easy to clean, great value for the money. I would buy it again.
