This ribbon is beautiful! The velvet is high quality. The color is a deep dark forest green, perfect for the holidays. I used it to create bows on my Christmas tree and the different sizes all work great for that. There's plenty on each spool so you get a lot of value with this set. The bows turned out so beautiful! Somehow nostalgic and current at the same time. Love!

The 3 Rolls Vintage Brown Christmas Velvet Ribbon are soft, nicely made and easy to tie. My first attempt produced a passable bow but I'll look for a short video so I can learn how to make really pretty bows. The ribbon is good, my skills are beginner at best.The color is more red than brown, which seemed the case from the listing photos, and I wanted red, so I ordered it. It's a beautiful, deep red, with a hint of orange. Just what I saw in the photos.Although the long edges of the ribbon are perfectly finished, after cutting the medium size to make my bow, the short ends frayed and I had to trim both ends after tying. I'm definitely not an expert in gift ribbons, so this may just be the nature of the material. For other uses, I guess you'd have to turn the ends under and sew them so they don't fray. Again, I have no idea if this is normal with polyester velvet material, so I'm not taking off a star, and I think trimming the ends is good enough for a gift wrap.I have no idea why they're called "vintage" as they are newly made, but they might give the feeling of vintage material? At any rate, the fabric is soft, pliable and quite pretty. I have no doubt it will elevate the look of my poor gift wrap skills, which will certainly be appreciated.

These rolls of ribbon are beautiful and they have a great texture. This 3 rolls are all the ribbon that you will needful the holidays. I purchased the grey and the beige ones. The color is very accurate on the gray one but the beige is honestly more yellow than I would like, so be aware. Overall the different widths can be used for present wrapping and decorations around the house that will look beautiful and rich. I totally recommend but be prepared for some color indifferences.
