Fantastic product. Exactly as described. Worked better than expected. Installed to see backyard area that was out of visual sight. The mirror shows the entire area as hoped. Easy to install. Highly recommended,

Compre dos espejos ya que nos da una amplia visión al estacionas los carros y así evitar chocar o rayarlos contra la pared.

I don't know why this has so many returns because it's nice. The only thing I can figure is people don't know to hand tighten the three Phillips head screws on the back of the mirror to keep the ball in place. I can see my dogs in my side yard from my back door without having to go see. It's large, clear view and easy to install plus it's sturdy when you tighten all the screws. Perfect and a good price A++

Updated review:I received an email from this seller stating they have received complaints about the film and are in the process of not only sending better instructions on how to take the film off, but also making sure their production of the product with the film is done in a way that the buyer will be able to take the film off easier.I cannot say if it is easier since I did not get the product again, but wanted to at least acknowledge the great customer service, which is rare these days.I am changing my review to a 4 for good customer service and for making an effort to improve the experience for the buyer.They put a stupid film on the outside of the mirror, that is tucked under the mirror or something, it's impossible to get it all off. It looks stupid and is totally frustrating!! I get having a protective film on it for mailing, but don't have it be tucked under and impossible to get all off!!
