My fiance got these and they fit well, he liked the quality of the shirt even after washing and hang dry. Hes 6’2” slim built and it hit him past the hip area. Overall nice shirt.

I think this Chef Works Crew Shirt works well as a lighter-weight alternative to a uniform chef coat. The shirt uses two types of fabric, one for the arms and upper back/shoulders and sides that's dimpled and perforated and another that's more solid at the front and back. The shirt has a coat-like pocket for a pencil/pen/instant read thermometer on one arm and there's a short zipper at one lower side that may be for shorter people to be able to access a pants pocket (maybe that has a phone in it) more easily. I am not sure if it's how all the fabric panels meet or the design but the arms of the shirt feel very much pointed down and there's a decent resistance when raising arms over your head to reach for something. That's fine in a kitchen though, since you're mostly standing and have your arms working at table-height. I could see this being a really nice uniform chef shirt to wear in the kitchen during hot summer days/evenings compared to a chef coat but it's nowhere near as comfortable as a T-shirt.

In theory this is a great shirt, however like every other unisex shirt it is made more for a man than a women. In order for it to fit my feminine figure it either fits in the hips and is three sizes too large in the shoulders or it fits in the shoulders and is three sizes too small in the hips.
Muy buen producto
