no es wifi. Yo configuro muchos equipos y este no es wifi. No pude devolverlo x que estuve de viaje y se paso la fecha.

First off, I went to 2 websites associated with this product from the owner manual and ended up frustrated for the amount of time I spent on each site looking for this specific product that was NOT there. How annoying is that? And I went there for several reasons, first being the limited information in the manual and that they want you to download yet another App into your already App saturated phone. But, let's move on....Without a doubt this little device when triggered is very loud, but also very limited. They have the small solar panel hard wired right into the product case pointing in one direction at one angle which makes it absolutely worthless in any other direction or angle other than being mounted in one way for pointing at the sun in the open, with unobstructed view of it. So, even it you put this on the sun side of your house let’s say on a porch with weather protected overhang, it would not get any sun to power it up.That of course mandates that you have to use the USB charge port which again is and old style, not USB C and you have to have a power source close by to use this. This reminds me of the first wave of solar powered LED lights having the same stupid fixed solar panel configuration that failed big time in the marketplace, as they should have failed for being so short sighted in not allowing for a detachable panel for best placement to track the sun in any direction independent of the light. So, I wasted enough of my time on this loser of a product right here without going any deeper into the other features as that would be a mute point for me on a device I can't use in most places with so many other better ones out there to choose from. But you can if you want to.

I have placed this right at the corner of my home just below the rain gutter and it works perfectly fine. Shielded from rain and sunlight.

This thing is LOUD. You are sent on a rabbit chase to try and find adequate information of features, set up, operation - I still havent caught the rabbit. The remote is quite nice, it works from inside the house, through the walls, etc. The design and install of the solar panel is problematic - it only faces one way and you can't move it. Kind of renders it useless. The alarm sounds outside and not inside to alert me... I guess it's intended to scare off whatever or whomever is on the property you do not want them/it to be on?

This wasn't what I needed. I was looking for motion sensor alarm that would notify me in the house if anyone came into the yard. This motion sensor's alarm sounds outside on the actual unit sensing the motion, not inside my house. Since it said indoor/outdoor I assumed this is what I needed. The instructions say it works with your alarm system but I don't have one. It comes with a small remote control that arms/disarms the unit. I do see applications inside of someone's house if you needed to monitor an elderly person's movement for safety or small children. But that wasn't my need. I did give it 4 stars because it felt like a well made unit that would meet other peoples application, just not mine.

its cool getting the alerts on my phone if someone's moving around the basement.
