Update:I received my replacement trainer 3 days.after requesting it.And there was a 100% difference right out of the shipping envelope!The new one was in a plastic, zippered pouch. When I removed it from the pouch, I could instantly tell the difference from the first one I had received. (Looking at the new one I definitely feel like I was sent a trainer returned by someone else. Mistakes happen, and their response in getting me a replacement was awesome!)I always get nervous with waist trainers. Standing up in one I'm usually ok, but they tend to just be overly uncomfortable sitting down. When I tried this on, it was comfortable while standing. When I sat down it was a bit constrictive towards the bottom part of my rib cage (which is totally normally, I know), but it wasn't a feeling that was overpowering or uncomfortable that I felt I had to take it off.Obviously not something you go to bed in because it's so comfortable, but I was able to wear this all day, no issues.The straps are adjustable and equivalent to a bra strap. One side did have to be randomly readjusted because it was rubbing up against my skin. This is also kind of normal for me to have to readjust one side of anything with straps....my shoulders are a bit wonky from a shoulder injury.It definitely held everything it was supposed to. The fact that it zippers in addition to the clips is also great, because there has been zero issues of any of the clip coming unfastened. The support felt good around my waist line. On occasion, if I am moving around a lot, it did shift it's way up or sometimes to the side. It was easy to move it back into place.I've washed it twice, with no issues. (I was nervous about this since I had received the damaged one first, I felt like there was a chance this might not handle well in the washer). The tag does have instructions, but it's just the little pictures, and I had a hard time seeing what the pics were. I washed it in a regular cycle with cool water with some shirts and it was fine. I hung it up to dry (and it dried really fast, even with it hang drying).This waist trainer is definitely worth the money. I'm glad I opted for a replacement. Everything has it's slip ups. It's a solid trainer, that's comfortable, easy to get on and has the extra support with the zipper.

My experience with the waist trainer was overall very positive! I've worn it for a week and enjoy it. I love the sleek look of my waist trainer. The hooks and zippers make it easy to customize how tight I would like the trainer to be. I've tried many trainers in the past and Gaodi's, by far, have been the most comfortable trainers I've tried yet! During workouts, the trainer is pretty flexible. An issue i have is the hook above the zipper has threads coming out, feeling like it's about to break. I also wished I had purchased a smaller size. But overall, I’d recommend this product.

The Waist Trainer is of very good quality. I purchased this item a 3 sizes bigger for my 92 year old mother to help with spinal support. Unfortunately it was too small and due to her age her bones could not handle the pressure this item would provide. I'm certain it would do an amazing job for a younger person but be cautious on the size you purchase as 3X was quite small. I was given the option to return it for refund or keep it and get $40 refund. Due to cost of freight, I kept the item and was given a refund of $70 as the circumstances were fair for both the seller and myself.
