Desde que se desempacó el producto y antes de usarlo noté que el martillo tiene juego, esto es, el mango no encaja correctamente con la maza del martillo y baila considerable. Si bien el producto tiene "garantía de satisfacción total" lo que uno quiere es un producto que sirva, no un producto del que se tenga que averiguar como devolverlo. Adicionalmente tiene visibles defectos de manufactura.Sugerencia a la gente de Amazon: Implementar sistema de control de calidad de productos.Intenté anexar video y foto, pero al parecer el sistema es ineficinete.

Upon receiving this item it was noted that the hammer itself was not secured onto the actual handle. Product could be made better.

This tack hammer was purchased to replace the one I’d been using for years that had been my dad’s. Then it disappeared. The old one got my hand just right, the weight and magnetic ends were the BEST. I was so pleased that while this is not Dad’s hammer, it easily could be by the feel. Perfect!

The hammer head is loose on the handle, taking away the benefit you need from a small hammer: PRECISION... The handle was receveid damaged (nothing critical to its use but nevertheless not inspiring as to the care of handling by the shipper). I would have returned it but it is just not worth the hassle.
