The item does not look like the picture displayed. It was white & gray. This is not a big deal if it resolved the issue. I still was experiencing the same problem with the lines on my scans no matter how many times I cleaned it. Tried with a friends scanner parts to see if it was probably something else, but got no lines. Pretty frustrating when you’re trying to run a business & it doesn’t work. I was forced to order through a brother vendor to resolve the issue. Not happy about 30 day for refund either considering how much these little parts cost. Not happy!!!!!!!!!

Installed these in our Brother scanner in November 2023. Two months later, one roller is broken. Ordering a new set today but will be sticking with Brother brand.
