My brand new replacement cylinder head cracked during the break in process, leading to ring snags and piston crack as well. AFTER already needing to replacethe cylinder head before because the exhaust port bolt hole side wall broke off, I totally recommend purchasing this product if you wanna continue replacing it

The cylinder was not light weight aluminum casting. And no pitting or holes inside the cylinder or outside. After 3 trys for replacement cylinder having holes inside cylinder or came damaged with broken fins from cheap aluminum casting. I finally got a perfect cylinder...

This jug worked for me. All I had to do is little bit of Port work and clean it up. It seemed more beefier than what I got with the kit, so I'm impressed! I'm not saying they're all going to be like that but you get what you pay for and sometimes they have issues. Personally I wouldn't just buy a kitand try to use it what sold at least opening up making sure everything's good. It's the same with the parts they just need a little fixing.

This makes a nice replacement for my cylinder jug. My original got ruined when the clip on my piston failed and scarred up the cylinder wall. I put this new cylinder on with a new piston as well and it fired up the first time. For the YD 100 only.
