With 2 dogs and 1cat, the fountain becomes gunky. Changing the filter once a week and scrubbing the fountain keeps it a great option for my animals. These filters and foam rings are cheaper here than if I had bought them through the fountain.

These are a necessity. It really is true that you need to place the filters every 2-3 weeks. These are a good value. I have 2 cat fountains and need these to keep the machine clean and my cat healthy.

These are super easy to install in the cover of the awesome fountain. I do put filtered water in the fountain but, I feel better adding the extra filter too. Can never be too safe with the kittie's water. LOVE THIS FOUNTAIN so much! Super cold water, quiet and really just awesome. Your cat probably deserves this...
