OMG, these weights are amazing! I love the side handle! It helps keep my hands relaxed when holding them and prevents my hands from cramping. I also like the resistance these weights create in the pool. They are solid and lightweight to carry but are a beast in the water! I am very pleased with these weights, and I'm loving the results. Oh, another thing I like is that they don't soak up water and become spongy, so they don't cause puddling or leave a trail of water.I also love that they came with two weights in a set, and for a great price!When I'm done with my workout, I just rinse them off and let them air dry!This is a great set of weights to add to your pool workout equipment! I'm very pleased that I have these!

Fun and functional for a low impact workout. You get better water resistance than I thought which was great! Good value for the money.

Pool aerobics, they are very buoyant and the hand straps prevent them from coming off.

Perfect for aqua fit class. The hand loop is a little large I can easily slip it up to my wrist. Wished they came with a travel bag.
