This is a great cycling short from Castelli. I know own four of these. They do run a little small for the typical USA sizes, but once I found the size that fits me, I was in. The pad is in the right place. The shorts stay put on the waste and I do not have to pull them up every time I stop. They feel fine on long rides. I have done a few century rides and even without shammy cream, they do not chafe.

I really find that these shorts are super comfortable and fit really well now that I found the right size. Perhaps it's an Italian thing, but I needed two sizes larger than what I would've expected. So don't be concerned if you get that wrong the first time to send them back and get the next size larger. while the padding and material quality seem to be superb, I do wonder since I have less expensive shorts that these are quite pricey for them what they are I wanted to try them to see if they were really that good. And yeah, I think that the real telling will be in how the fit for a long ride and over a long period of time how they hold up to laundering you certainly can buy two other brands for the price of this one so I give it four stars, instead of five because of value for the price.

Geliefert wurde per DHL und war 3 Tage früher geliefert worden als angegeben.Es stellt sich die Frage für wen die Größe S in der Praxis passt? Denn welche Figur müsste man haben, wenn man sich an die Größenangaben des Herstellers hält, dann wären noch zwei Größen kleiner gewählt werden müssen. Größe S ist und wirkt sehr komprimierend bei keinem Kängurubauch bis gar keinem Bauch. Alles was leichter als 60 Kg ist, für den entfällt hier die Größe S. Material und Sitzpolster machen einen sehr guten Eindruck. Es entsteht nicht der typische Entenwatchelgang oder "Windelträger". Besser sind bei dem Modell Castelli "Entrata 2 shorts men" mindestens eine bis zwei Nummern Größer zu wählen.
