so my baseline everyday watch is the Garmin instinct original. But I need yA watch without Bluetooth and heart rate sensors. So I bought two watches a Casio and a Timex expedition. I'll leave both reviews here.The Casio. 3446The watch feels really good it looks good it's smaller face didn't catch on clothing or feel bulky.I thought it was nice that it came with a manual. Until I realized why the watch ⌚ operation is not intuitive like anf genuinely took me a minute to figure it out how to get through all the layers and then I had to open up the book and figure it out whereas my Garmin instinct and the Timex was very easy to figure out. It only has one alarm on it, you can do two time zones the light button is placed very nicely in the front and it's a very subtle LED lighted background.I'm sure if you're a fan of Casio this watch would meet your needs for a basic wrist watch for me it did not meet that standard and this will be returned.Timex expeditionI am not a fan of large faced watches the Timex has a substantially larger face and bezel on it but after wearing it a couple days it's not that bad it's not heavy can get caught on sleeves.Although it didn't come with a manual the buttons are very intuitive they're easy to figure out it has a few features that are nice and some are that are not needed what's really cool about it is If you don't need an special alarms you can remove that from the display or add it back that was pretty nice.ProsLightweight, nice big display, subtle night light display, you can select between vibration or audible alerts. So far the band retainer is holding in place.You can set three alarms and a timer.ConsFor your alarm clock it vibrates initially then vibration will stop in an audible alarm will pick up I wish it would vibrate and have an alarm at the same time. This is for the timer also.Any button will stop the alarm that you set, so you could accidentally bump it while sleeping and miss it.For me personally timex is the better watch

I have owned several Casio watches, mainly for work. Now, I'm retired and still wear one for daily use. There are a lot of negative reviews regarding the dark screen on this model. I have no problem viewing this screen. At first glance, if you are used to the lighter screen, it does appear difficult on the eyes. I would compare it to looking at a photo negative, (if you're old enough to remember film cameras). My advice would be to wear it for a day or so in order to get used to the different look. All of the buttons are easy to operate, especially the "light" button. You can't go wrong with Casio.

Update: one month later the LIGHT button squeaks and doesn't work without multiple (hard) presses. Going to exchange and we'll see what happens. Note that I have owned a version of this watch before but with a white background instead of the black one. While the white background was Far easier to read it did make the watch look cheaper. I do like the way this looks with the black on black, though it is difficult to read even in daylight. Note that I bought this one to replace my old one, not because it was broken but because the strap was broken and it didn't make sense to replace it. I love the vibrating feature on this watch which is why I own it and overall I'm super happy with it.

As a driver in London, I needed 3 things from a watch; big display, worry-free toughness, and a vibration alarm to alert me when my parking time is coming to an end. I was going to by a GShock at 10 times the price (I still will - I love them) but getting a vibration alarm was hard to find. This Casio is cheap enough not to worry about how I'm treating it, seems tough enough to put up with hauling luggage, car maintenance, and not scratching the car when I'm standing too near. It resembles a G Shock, and has a larger than most digital display which glows blue (love the light button being on the front). The vibration is really strong on the wrist and is essential (better than my phone in my back pocket) for reminding me to head back to the car/extend when my parking time is running out.Bottom line: Can't go wrong with a Casio no matter what price point you choose.

Lo mejor es su característica de alarma vibratoria, por eso la compre. También vibra con la señal horaria y cuenta regresiva. Las demás funciones son las clásicas de Casio.

Antes que nada tienes que saber que la correa es gris y eso le da un punto a favor para combinar con tu ropa la estética muy bienBuen tamaño funciones básicas recomiendo usar la vibración solo si es necesario ya que se gasta más energía su luz led muy captiva aún a plena luz solar si es tu primer Casio este es tu mejor opción resiste golpes pero no arañazos ya que es acrílica la carátula y por el precio excelente lo recomiendo hasta para nadar ya que sin problema y Fue en el mar esto es algo básico pero con un toque de actualidad para los que no conocen de Modelos Casio hasta lo pueden confundir con un modelo más caro como sus hermanos de la familia g-shock pero esa es otra historia

Muy bien reloj, lo tomé en oferta a 700 y tanto. Vale la pena. Parece un g shock. Excelente para el día a día.

La verdad por ese precio hay mejores modelos de Casio, la verdad si me arrepentí por que el color de la correa se ve muy simple ademas de que, si activas la alarma vibratoria se cancelan las demás funciones de audio.

Me encantó la combinación de colores. La foto del producto en la publicación no le resalta su apariencia pero ya en persona es mucho más bonito. El tamaño es el correcto, los materiales son de calidad. Tiene todo lo necesario y el detalle de la alarma vibrante. Quizá mi única queja es que el cristal sea de acrílico y odiaría que se rayara por eso le he improvisado un protector de plástico en lo que consigo alguno para el modelo. Lo recomiendo al 100%
