Rated at 1 micron, these cartridges effectively remove fine sediments and particles from my well water, improving water clarity and quality.I'm trying out the grooved design and see if I notice a difference. The grooved structure is supposed to increase the filter's surface area, enhancing its capacity to trap contaminants and extending its lifespan. The concept of more surface area makes sense.Measuring 10" x 2.5", these cartridges fit my reverse osmosis system.The pack of six cartridges ensures long-term filtration support, reducing the frequency of replacements and maintenance efforts. I'll order again when I have 2 filters left and that won't be for awhile.

I am using these filters in my cold plunge, which seemed like overkill at first, but after seeing all of the debris in the filter, may be suitably sized for my system. The filter that came with the cold plunge was one of those small metal filters that was ok at getting the bigger items out of the water, but the smaller stuff was getting recycled through the chiller and back into the plunge tank. I installed a bigger filter housing and one of these filters to see if it would catch more, and I was shocked to see how much more it caught. These filters caught all of the small dirt/sand particles and who knows what else as the water cycled through. The bottom of my cold plunge used to be covered in a layer of small particles, but those are gone now. This filter also catches all of the particles and sediment from the city water I used to fill and top off my cold plunge tank. For a little more than three bucks a filter, these are great for my use case. As noted by other users, these are not NSF certified, so just be aware if that is important to you.

I am using this in my aquasana rhino max flow post filter and it seems to work well. No change in water pressure and the water tastes fine.

I’m using these in a small RO system and so far so good! They are exactly the size they say they are, easy to use, and seem well made. I have no issues with the performance and as far as I can tell they’re doing exactly what they claim to be. I like the grooves for faster filtration, even if they do create some short flow paths.Do note the lack of any certification - you get what you pay for.These seem to do the job for not a lot of money. Worth a try!
