What I love about this item is that it folds up very easily when not in use. It's not heavy, the wheels lock so it doesn't roll on you and I liked the price for what I got. The sturdiness could be a little better, but I'm just careful when moving it. The commercial heavy duty black poly ones are better, but you can't fold them when not in use. All in all, I really like this cart and recommend it as long as your not putting a tremendous amount of weight on it. It works well

It broke the first time we tried it out. On top of that Amazon's delivery company has missed 4 or 5 times to pick up our return. I am beyond frustrated.

This cart is not very sturdy or strong.

It took me all morning to assemble this cart. Pictures in installation instructions were not clear or specific enough to show exactly how things went together. Step 1 is extremely prone to error because the text really isn't accurate. I had to take things apart several times to get the shelves on properly & I DID follow those directions. I gave up trying to get the "folding function" hardware together correctly. It does fulfill the function for which it was purchased, taking small A/C out of window without lifting & storing it on a cart that can be wheeled to the window next spring to put A/C back in. However, it is not a sturdy cart. There is no way to tighten everything up enough to prevent the cart from easily wobbling with a slight push. I would not purchase this product again. BTW I love homeowner projects and have put together many items without this frustration.

It's not the sturdiest cart on this earth, it's got a little wiggle to it and the wheels are not the smoothest available on the market but it folds really flat and it does the job. For the price I'm happy.I will say the instructions weren't the easiest but it beat ikea. The important parts were labeled, the back brace that creates the folding mechanism was kinda difficult to match up the holes, but it was doable by myself, definitely easier with one more set of hands. It took me a minute to figure our the fold, I loosened some screws it said not to over-tighten, that didnt help. The issue was when I put pressure on the top to fold it I just end up lifting the whole cart.A trick I learned from my baby stroller days, I attached a string to the holes on the middle area of the top shelf, with one hand pressed the button and the other pulled up on the string (using my foot if needed to hold the cart down) and it folded quite easily. You can see my brown shoe string in the picture of it all set up.All in all I love it, I'm using it as a sales cart for some lightweight items at the fleamarket, so this was within budget and it will fit in my car, so the lightweight for me is a plus. But if you want it for anything heavier than say a single glass or ceramic casserole dish per row I'd look into a sturdier option. If you want it as a dining cart just be mindful the wheels are not smooth and tall things can fall over in transit. It bumps and rattles alot as it moves.
