8inch pan missing part so the handle can screw in, only option is to send the whole pan set back with no guarantee of refund until item has already been sent back

I love these pans. I wish I got them sooner. They are easy to scratch so be careful when stacking them. They heat up quickly. They do not stick. They are easy to clean. Handles can get warm but overall, I love them.

Overall this is a very good cookware set with a stylish appearance and performs well on an induction cooktop. However, the glass lids have very little dome shape to them which results in moisture building up on the enside and not being able to run down the sides of the lid and back in to the pot. This flaw essentially renders the glass top useless for being able to see inside to monitor boil/simmer rate. To compensate I find it necessary to continually remove the lid to check.Had the designers increased the dome shape a bit more I doubt this would be a concern.
