Worked great. old adjusters were rusty and the adjustment lever was letting the adjustment go out after awhile. You can really tell how the original brake hold down spring goes out of tension over the years compared to when you install the new one. I'm used to Carlson being made in the USA, but I see that its all chinese now sadly.

These were a good fit and came with everything you need. Installed it on my rear brakes on a 08 Silverado.

Out of the whole kit, all I could use was the adjuster ratchet, its spring and the rubber cover caps. The device that mounts on the brake to self adjust the brakes didn't have any bend or flaring like original to hold the tension spring on. Slightest movement and it would pop off. Ended up putting the old ones back on. This also goes for the two large brake shoe support springs. The bend at the top for mounting then to the inside brake mounting bracket was slightly too narrow at the top to get a solid fit. Again, slightest movement while trying to secure it to the brake shoes would cause it to pop off. I've been doing brake jobs on cars and trucks for 30 years and as in most cases if not OEM, aftermarket products are inferior. Terrible product.
