It worked for troubleshooting the monitor with the built in computer. Turns out the set was busted but the power supply was good.

I have two LG 27MP35HQ-B monitors. Both started repetitive flashing on boot within a week or two of each other. I read somewhere that maybe the flashing is/was caused by a bad/old power supply which, in these monitors, is on the cord. I bought two of these because they closely matched the specs of my monitors (19v and 6.5 X 4.4mm tip) and have a similar but slightly higher amperage (I need 1.7a and the adapter offers 2.53a). I hoped for the best.100% success, made even better by the ultra fast shipping. My monitors work great, again. YMMVl but I'm very happy.

After the OEM charger went missing in the office we decided to try this as a replacement as it was so much cheaper than the official LG replacement. Works great, no regrets so far.
