I spent a lot of time researching the available options for blow guns and finally decided on this one. It was maybe $8 more than the typical, cheap ones that seem to be widely available, but I felt that it was worth paying a little more for a good quality product. I am glad I made this choice.I bought this is clean off the coils under our refrigerator because I could only do so much with our vacuum because none of the attachments were long enough to effectively reach the coils. The tool worked perfectly for that purpose and I'm sure I will find lots of other uses for it in the future. I will also note that this tool should be the last one I'll ever have to buy because it is very solid and well made. It is a high-quality product and well worth the price (or more, in my opinion). Also, for anyone who may be wondering, the tip DOES have a clean silicone tip on it. Some pictures showed it with one and some without, so this was a plus. As to the flow control dial, it does not operate like a typical valve that turns from MIN to MAX. Instead, it rotates 360 degrees and simply is at minimum airflow when the two '-' symbols are parallel with the handle and maximum airflow when the two '+' symbols are parallel. You can vary the airflow between the two points as well. I set it to MAX and it does put out a power jet of air, which was quite effective in removing the debris from the coils that I couldn't get to with the vacuum. I used 140 PSI from my 6-gallon compressor and using it full blast I would empty my compressor and operate with reduced pressure within about 20-30 seconds, so I would have to stop and wait for it to build pressure, then resume. I'm glad I chose this gun over the other Capri 'High Performance' gun, because my compressor would have been way too small for that one.I also found that you can control the air output using the hand trigger, so it's not just a straight ON/OFF. Also, for my needs, I like that the tip is not angled, like most seem to be. I found it easier to use for what I was doing. The only additional thing I would like to see is longer tips available for this model. They seems to have options for the other gun, and different accessories for this one, but I did not see longer tips.If you're looking for a high-quality air blow gun, this is definitely the one to get.

I'm not a person that stops to review anything really because most products I come across always has type of shortfall to it. As for this air blower, I have used it for about 6 months now. I looked to see if I purchased it here on Amazon, but didn't locate it right away. I might have picked it up at Home Depot. I know they have it there for the same price, online at least. Anyhow, never the less I have one. And it's not a counterfeit. I hesitated to buy this but kept thinking it was probably at least descent, given how many positive reviews were present. This blower does exactly what it was designed to do. And really does it perfectly. The low side is still pretty descent for low pressure, although I probably would like to see it blow extremely low for some little light delicate jobs. And when I say delicate, I mean like blowing with your breath low. Given that, it's low side isn't bad. It does lower to at least down to a 1/4 to the amount it's being fed. It's sturdy for me, but I'm not the type that treats tools rough, like throwing it down on the cement after I use it. I use a 7hp 60gal compressor regulated at 110 at the feed. That's just where I keep it for safe tool operation and care per tool requirements. Most tools are at 90 - 120ish on average anyway. But I have, out of curiosity, put all 160psi to it just to see if it's going to hold up since it hasn't failed on me yet. 160psi was a cake walk for it and was Surprised it was so extremely strong enough to blow out the 3 car garage with ease after cutting tons of wood for a new Japanese style designer fence in my backyard 72 feet. Even with one car in the center stall, stacks of wood in another, not to mention all the large pieces of heavy metal machining tools (lathe, milling machine, drill press, belt sanders and bench grinders) around the garage throughout, this thing just blew out wood chips, metal and aluminum chips mixed with cigarette butts etc, you name it, it out performed my other blowers by far. I'm not sure what those people purchased that give it one star, possibly defective or a counterfeit or something, I couldn't tell you. Makes me think lots of the reviews put out on products must not be truthful players that possibly have some sort of ill intent to destroy its reputation because it might be a threat to their own businesses. Or the compressor they are feeding from is maybe too small or has other issues. BUY THIS BLOW GUN. I have no relation or special interests with making this review. I don't know if one can check another's personal history with not making too many reviews. But I do have a long history of buying from amazon for many years. So to sum it up really, good luck to those of you with one star. If I were you, I would try and find direct contact to Capri and express your issue to them. I would be willing to bet, if you sent yours to them, they would send a new one back free of charge. It just doesn't make any sense that this quality built product has problems. It's actually surprising they sell it for so cheap. I think that had a weird effect on my decision sooner. So many cheap things aren't worth it. So even if it's made in China, it is of superior construction. So this will be one of maybe 5 - 10 reviews for products I'll take the time to give props to. I hate when I'm looking for stuff and reviews do not help really. So when I do actually stop and review, I try and put it out there for the guy or gal, that really wants to know if it's worth the money. I would have willingly given $ in the low to mid 20s. To me the product exceeds the price paid for it. I'm going to buy a couple more while the price is still low really. If they improve on it without drastically changing it I would buy new versions of it. But don't go messing with something that works just fine. If they made the same exact version with higher very top notch quality materials such as stainless and heat tempered inners etc, I'm sure the price would climb pretty subconscious. At that point I would probably buy a whole box of them. I like to buy once. Sometimes that means paying high in the front, but works out way cheaper in the long run because you never had to buy another again. Something to think about Capri. For guys like myself who appreciates high quality tools that don't require fixing over and over.Yea it's just a blow gun, but don't be fooled, it's a dmn good one...!!!! Give credit where credits due....Later gator

pretty steep for a regular blow gun but build quality and the long nozzle is great.Maybe not as robust as a full-metal blow gun but if used normally in a shop setting there shouldn't be any issues. We use it to dust electronics and around the shop. Great buy, even for the 25 bucks it sets you back.
