I’d been looking for quite a while for a nice basic cotton button up long sleeve shirt. This one fit perfectly, love it!

Considering my height of 5’11" and weight of 220 pounds, along with my muscular physique, I generally wear medium-sized shirts. This shirt in a medium size fits me nicely, but with a snug feel.Despite the shirt’s attractive appearance and high quality, the button came off after a single wear attempt. This completely undermines my belief that the shirt is of high quality.I had genuine excitement when I ordered this shirt, but my anticipation quickly turned into disappointment after waiting for a month and a half.Regrettably, I will need to have it stitched, and the buttons reinforced significantly before I can even think about wearing it, as the last thing I want is to have a shirt without buttons at a meeting or event.Gotta find a good tailor, maybe my wife can help.

I am a very consistent XXL (2XL) size shirt wearer. I also understand that markets outside the United States sometimes run small comparatively. So, I check sizing charts relentlessly before buying anything.The chest sizing chart for this shirt puts an XL at 51.6" and an XXL at 55.1". My chest size measures 52.5", so the XXL should have been a perfect fit. Except the buttons were straining across my chest, as if the XXL were really the XL.So I can't wear this as is, and a wash or two would likely make it worse given it's a cotton blend.It seems like a decent shirt, but the sizing is an issue. I would consider going up one size just to be safe. Of course, YMMV.
