Bought this for a party. Our hot water isn’t working in the bathroom, so bought this to keep towels warm. I now use it everyday for my own bath towel and to heat up my socks and outfit for bed. Absolutely perfect and worth every penny. On the large size (I have a small bathroom). I do notice some dark coloring on the outside of the warmer after it’s been on, but I just clean it with all-purpose spray and paper towel. Highly recommend, especially if you live in a climate that turns cold. That warm towel after a shower or bath is amazing.

I began using the unit and liked it, but a little after 1 week and I would see "888" populated all over. I was unable to get out of this menu, even trying to restart via the power button or unplug and replug in the machine. The towel warmer does not warm towels when this happens. Returning the unit and won't be seeking a replacement.

My friend thinks this the greatest gift. Her kids put their towels in it before they should and she puts her blanket in it before she snuggles in on the sofa at night. Great gift

It work great but since we live in N Y the weather is cold and my wife would like it a little hotter.
