not convinced. I wanted to try something different as an alternative to ‘not socks’ and was quite excited. I don’t have smelly feet at all, however like to wear shoes without socks. the reason for buying those insoles was therefore mainly for going sock-free - which is the companies goal/ promise.They arrived in a horrible package (open/ damaged) and are quite expensive compared to the US price. they are easy to cut, I don’t find them slippery (some customers reported that, I actually think they are a good fit inside of your shoe and feel nice) - however, and that’s the biggest issue, they make your feet / and shoe stink. I also noticed after wearing them once, that some ‘bubbles’ appeared on the insole (highly likely fromthe fabric or any odor mixture they use for the insoles // see picture).to sum it up, they make your feet stinky, they don’t hold up to their sock-free promise, they arrived with damaged fabric already & if washed are in an unacceptable state. it’s quite frustrating as I had to pay for the delivery (as not part of prime) & because they are clearly not made for walking barefooted.

A product truly has to impress me to leave a review, and this one has. I can’t speak for all shoes, but I wear these in my Hey Dudes and they are amazing. No slip, super comfy, machine washable, and most important, they actually keep odor under control. Nothing is perfect of course, and your mileage may vary, but these have significantly reduce foot sweat and odor for weeks now with daily wear. I think I’ve washed them once in the last month. I don’t know how but they really work.

Love these! Use an existing insole to guide when you’re trimming these for your shoes. Once you have the right outline, you’ll be good to go! They’re soft and smooth, slide into shoes easily, and can be removed easily also for washing - important to keep your feet feeling and smelling fresh ; )

*update: after requesting an exchange, I returned the first pair at no cost to me and received the replacement in less than 16 hours, which was pretty amazing. I wish you could just order your size in these but I can see where it's cost saving for the manufacturer to just make 2-3 sizes and have us cut our own to fit. I got the smaller size and cut off to about the middle line the bottom is kind of a rubbery soft foam material, the top is soft and just a little fluffy. They feel really nice on my feet. They conform to whatever shoe you put them in when you put your weight on them. Will be good to see how these hold up if I'm out in the heat for a while, I don't like wearing shoes without socks because I just think it's gross to sweat all over in my shoes without any fabric separating my foot from the shoe so I'm hoping this will solve that issue!DISAPPOINTED is my first reaction after receiving these! I haven't even opened the package yet and I can see that they've been damaged by the plastic tab things that pierce through the socks & cardboard. I will be contacting the seller for this and will update this review accordingly based on their response.

My feet still get a bit sweaty if I don't wear socks but they are comfy
