It makes sense now that we’ve done it, but place a cookie tray under the silicone.No broken muffins! The two sizes is a great deal.

This is my first set of silicone muffin trays and I honestly don't know if I'll ever go back to metal pans!I've used these a few times now and they bake up perfect muffins and egg bites! They pop out ridiculously easy and if there's any mess left inside the cup, it just slides out with a quick rinse in the sink! No more frustrating crusted on messes or rusting like with metal muffin tins. So far they also seem very durable! I hope they last a long time. I wish they came in an assortment of different colors to match your kitchen aesthetic.Con: so far, my only complaint is a faint chemical smell when baking on these for the first time. (Even after running them in the dishwasher before first use) I've since baked with these a few more times and I don't smell it anymore. I think that heating them up in the oven for a few minutes before you do your first bake should fix that.

I love the material, but it is not a one hand when taking in or out of the oven because it will just not hold. I do think I prefer stainless steel or a tougher material when it comes to cookware because this is just far too flimsy and I have unfortunately, lost a few cupcakes from the material being so loose.

Great for baking. Easy to clean. Some products like eggs stick a little bit but everything else I’ve cooked does fine. I’m happy with the purchase!
