While not fully enclosed, this cooling-centric case does a decent job of protecting the Raspberry Pi 4 from accidental bumps and shorts. All of the necessary hardware was included, even the hex wrench for tightening the tiny cap screws. When putting it together, be aware that there are two different size screws with four being slightly longer than the others. The longer ones are for assembling the case and the eight slightly shorter ones are to attach the cooling fans.The kit also comes with three self adhesive heat transfer pads that help to draw heat from the chips and into the aluminum case. In general, the case seems to do its job, as even with the Raspberry Pi 4 just idling, the case still gets a little warm.While there are openings for the camera cable, POE, and video cable, you will likely need to attach those cables to the Raspberry Pi before putting the top of the case on. There is really not much access to get them in once the case is together. Also, while you can get a GPIO cable attached with the case on, it doesn't really allow you to attach any hats to the GPIO port with it on. To be fair though, most other cases do not allow for this either.While it is not too difficult to figure out intuitively, there are no instructions included for assembling this case. One note is to be careful when plugging the fan into the GPIO port and make sure that you connect it to the proper pins. It uses the 5V and ground pins that are next to each other on the outside row, which are board pins 4 and 6.Overall, this case is solidly built and I really like the look of it. And considering the heat generation of the Raspberry Pi 4 over previous generations, the more cooling it has the better.

I originally got this to put on the carrier board I got for my CM4. It doesn't fit, because of the slight shift of the CM4 components on the carrier vs a "true" Pi 4 (and the contact points of the heatsink that hang down). It instead got relegated to a regular Pi 4. With that out of the way. It fit the PI 4 fine, and was easy to 'assemble'. Fans are tolerable. It keeps the Pi reasonably cool if you're doing 'light weight' stuff (My end use is a kvm), but I wouldn't want to use this with something that is 'cpu intensive' mainly because the case eventually won't be able to keep up with the thermal load even with these fans. Otherwise, it works just fine.
