Broke after using it a few times. I guess I could have fixed the problem with some hot glue, but it was so damn tiny. I couldn’t use it anyway.

The setup and install wasn’t too hard and it worked well until the lock stopped unlatching recently. It registers unlock from fingerprint or phone (flashes green), but is not unlatching for door to open. Can someone from the company help?

This is PERFECTION for airbnb hosts. It's the perfect solution for hiding a key on site in case your smart locks die. We have this attached to the side of one of our buildings outside. We have the gateway inside the basement just on the other side of the wall. It is INSTANT flawless unlocking via the app when Im on my cell phone network (not the wifi). The thumbprint feature actually works really really well too for in person operation. It also gives you an accurate log to see ALL of the history of interaction with the lock via the app. I LOVE this thing so much. After hosting multiple airbnbs for going on a decade .. I wish I had found this MUCH sooner! Thank you so much for making such a great product - simple - clean - functional - easy. I just followed the instructions that came with the lock (don't waste your time trying to figure it out yourself) and it works perfectly after about 5 minutes of setup! 100/10 stars. We have tried so many other solutions and THIS is what we have been looking for. Couldn't have designed a better solution for an airbnb host myself!

Works great, no issues. Using to allow access to caregivers for elderly relative with multiple users who have access to open it. Great product and much more secure than basic combo lock. Only downside is I wish it sent a notification when it was locked and closed like it does when it is unlocked and open, but since it is near a camera I can check if I need to.

These locks have been a lifesaver with my rentals. They have an app that allows you to remote access to unlock for your tenant so they can get the key when needed. They can be mounted just about anywhere and are easy to put back together once opened
