Who gets excited about a litter box? Someone who’s tired of always cleaning up around it. This is a nicely sized large litter box. The stainless steel doesn’t absorb odor and the attachable scoop holder is so convenient. The step catches any stray litter, and it’s all very sturdy. I definitely recommend!

My little kitty LOVES this litter box over his old one! I DO TOO! It’s easy to scoop frequently (for smell reasons) due to the open top design vs a hooded top litter box and the sides are high enough that he doesn’t kick litter out onto the floor. Especially like the gray color top because litter dust doesn’t show easily. It’s super easy and lightweight to remove for a quick rinse and dry and snap back onto the well constructed stainless steel pan. In fact the whole assembly is very lightweight on its own. He uses the stair entrance which catches litter that may be on his paws, but sometimes he hops out over the side…oh well! At least the stair assembly snaps apart easily for cleaning too. I set the whole assembly on a large black boot tray which just makes it nice. This is a very well designed litter box and very good value. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ITEM.

I'm so glad I went with stainless steel!! My litter last alot longer now. It is a bit narrow when the top is on but other than that I have no complaints!! Great value for your money! Very easy to clean unlike the plastic ones. I gave it 4 stars only because of how narrow the top is.

The best type of litter box to prevent odor absorption, easy to clean.

A stainless steel litter box was recommended to us for our new kitten because it's easier to clean and has less odor than plastic. It also doesn't need to be emptied as often. Our kitty likes to kick the litter out of the box, so the higher sides helped with this. The perforated step also helps keep litter from getting on the floor. The only problem with stainless steel boxes is that they are heavier than plastic ones, but they're worth the extra cost.
