A very decent, affordable male - male RCA Y adaptor. While it might seem an esoteric piece of kit, it's highly likely that at some point, if you're altering home audio or home theatre kit, you'll find a need for just such an item (I have many times in the past) so even if you don't require one now, it's a useful item to have on-stock -especially since at £8,.99 [April '25] it costs very little.Supplied in a simple flat cardboard box, for the minimal asking price it's a nicely enough made item: decently molded low-mass, plated plugs, a reasonably flexible and sufficiently long lead / leads for most requirements, with what seems to be an effective outer shield / nominal return. It's relatively unobtrusive too, rather than being of python-proportions. Well worth the money.

Bearing in mind that these are around £7.20 for a 1.8m cable, you can't really expect too much, and that's pretty what this is... something relatively cheap and functional. The cable itself is quite thin and rubber-coated, which also makes it quite flexible. It's definitely thinner than my other coax cables I'm currently using for my subwoofer. The connectors themselves are functional; sure they are cheapish, but they're going to be behind the scenes, and again, this is budget priced.Overall, I think for the price it's mostly fair... if you want better, you're going to have to pay more.

I received this product in exchange for a fair review as part of the Vine Voice program. My review of this product is unaffected by this exchange, and all statements made in this review are strictly my own assessment / opinions.I used this 6' cable to connect a subwoofer to a home theater receiver.Connectors are good quality and gold plated. They fit the female RCA jacks snugly; not too loose, not too tight. The connectors are not overly girthy, so the cable was compatible with older home audio equipment with cramped connection panels. Each connector has a good stress reliever portion, which is refreshing at this price range. Product states that it uses oxygen-free copper. Had no way to test this without destroying the cable, but I could detect no loss of signal or extra noise in my application. The cables themselves are minimally shielded. This cable is a pretty short run, so I think you'd be fine as long as you don't lay power cables across this, or have a major source of unshielded RF/EMI nearby. If you want more shielding, you will definitely be looking at higher price points. While this is not the "best" cable I've ever used, I would definitely pay the asking price for this cable. This brand currently represents a good value in terms of quality for what you pay.

This splitter works and fits good and it doesn't make noise in signal transmission.
