The quality of the cable itself was 5 star but I deducted a star because the cut end had begun to fray in shipment...the cut end had not been taped or otherwise protected with a cap to prevent fraying during shipment. Durable and strong, corrosion resistant stainless steel cable typical of products in cable of this type....the cable arrived in a timely fashion.... I wish they had put a more substantial tip protector to prevent fraying during shipping such as a flexible silicone cap that could be re-used when you cut the ends and put the remaining cable in storage.

We are installing some outdoor curtains in an area without a wood frame, and this Jayzod 3/16" Wire Rope is just the right thing for it. It runs from the house out to a tree, and creates a perfect line for them to hang on. The wire rope is quite thick and substantial, and you will need your own tools to cut it and then crimp the sleeves. I like how it comes with all the parts. One end is finished with a loop already, while the other end does not; you cut to your needed length, then add it on. May order it again to install some sun shades. Well made product.

Very good stainless steel cable that is very corrosion resistant and very strong. It comes with a thimble attached to one end and plenty of extra thimbles, crimping sleeves and cable clamps to you can adjust to any length or make several cables as you might need. Very good value. I've used mine to stretch between poles and hang bird feeders. Worked great.

The wire is tightly braided with no fraying. There's no corrosion on the wire or hardware. It seems to be well made. I'm unable to verify strength, but it feels pretty typical of big box materials.

I ordered this to rebuild the gravity-feed system on some heavy duty oil cooled rock saws. This was a full 3/16 in diameter and really strong with a consistent diameter and finish. I had to pick up some extra hardware since I only need a few feet per saw, but this was perfect for getting started and I'm really happy with the quality. I would definitely use it again if I have another similar project.
