one maintenance box read "end of maintenance box" it was brand new and never used. I was only able to use one of them. Money wasted

I had never heard of a maintenance box until my Epson ET-5800 gave me a warning and then stopped working several hours later. (The Epson was my first non-HP printer since 1983.) I was able to install the C9345 replacement in less than a minute. Step A: 15 seconds to locate the old maintenance box. Step B: 10 seconds to figure out which way it slides and then remove it. Step C: 5 seconds to insert the replacement box. Step D: 2 seconds to close the cover on the printer. The document that had been queued started printing immediately. Next time, I'll be able to install the replacement box until in 15 seconds or less. I am 100% satisfied.
