Bought for the church. Works great! The pitchers are NOT glass. So that’s a plus. Filters are bigger than regular store bought kind.The church folks love it!

Cada que empieza a hervir tiene una fuga fuerte de agua, lamentablemente no la probé a tiempo por qué las anteriores me han salido de muy buena calidad, quiero saber si dan asistencia técnica

Nothing stays the same this machine seems to take forever to make a pot of coffee and easily leaks condensation out of the top making a heck of a mess . Not as good as the 20+ year old one that we had .

We had a Bunn coffee maker previously in our office and it lasted 15 years! Was a no brainer to replace with exactly the same make of coffee machine.

Only takes 3 minutes to brew a pot. You don't have to have a water line hooked to it. Professional grade for sure. We are using bottled water to fill it this time around because we have lime in our well water that plugs up most coffee makers in one year. This unit is expensive; but definitely worth it.
