Bullwhip comienza con una varilla de acero para el mango que proporciona una base sólida y peso para equilibrar la tanga, mientras que un núcleo es una capa interior dentro de la tanga del látigo. Luego consta de dos vientre trenzado de piel de 4 hebras cada uno y dos almohadillas para orejas de piel. La superposición se realiza en 16 trenzas. Todos los detalles minuciosos se tienen en cuenta para lograr el aspecto y la sensación de los látigos originales. Had this whip some time now and even tough they say don’t oil it I do. I use it to round up chickens when they stray too far off property so it gets used quite a bit haha. I just replaced the first string and the “lay” I think it’s called is still original. It’s longer but still in pretty good shape. When new I pretty much had to treat it every use do to it being very dried out looking. The leather braiding seems to be holding up pretty good. The braid joint to the “fall” (maybe that’s what lay is called?) is getting pretty loose and I haven’t attempted to redo the tie yet. The wrist strap didn’t last very long but it’s long enough to tie back onto itself to make another loop. I think I ended up wrapping the handle with it since I didn’t really need the loop and it kind of got in the way. I would buy this again. (Hoping I won’t have to since this whip is well made)
