Its a nice belt especially for kids who obviously keep growing. It says to size it then cut off the excess, but if your kid takes care of it leave the excess in case they hit a growth spurt and you wont have to keep buying belt, after belt, etc.

A word of warning. If you are buying this because your daughter is into the modern "flippy" style of clothing and accessories this is not for you. The pictures make it look like it is and the description, I believe, is deliberately misleading as are the pictures which are taken to make it look like it has been 'flipped'. This is a cheap fabric belt with cheap plastic 'crystals' on it. There is no way it is worth the price given that it's not 'flippy'. I have no idea why someone would pay $15 for this belt if they knew what it was. If you saw this belt in a kids clothing shop you would not by more that $6.99 for it. It's a perfectly serviceable belt otherwise but overpriced and deliberately misleading. Caveat emptor!!
